Position Tracking
Records your track using device GPS. Share your planned route and breadcrumbs with trusted contacts before you leave.

Bluetooth mesh networking with nearby trackaroo® devices. Know where your group members are without cellular signal.
What trackaroo® is NOT
NOT an Emergency Service
trackaroo® does not dispatch emergency services. It cannot call for help on your behalf. Always carry appropriate emergency equipment.
NOT a Rescue Coordinator
trackaroo® does not coordinate search and rescue operations. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services directly.
NOT a Satellite Communicator
trackaroo® uses GPS for position only. It does not send or receive satellite messages. It requires pre-downloaded maps for offline use.
Your Responsibility
Plan Your Trip
Research your route, check weather conditions, inform someone of your plans, and set expected return times before departing.
Download Maps Before You Go
Offline maps must be downloaded while you have connectivity. Without pre-loaded maps, navigation features will be limited.
Manage Device Power
GPS use consumes battery. Carry backup power and monitor battery levels. trackaroo® cannot function if your device runs out of power.
Carry Emergency Equipment
A navigation app does not replace a PLB (Personal Locator Beacon), satellite communicator, first aid kit, or proper safety gear for your environment.
